Brevo Media

Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

Brevo Media runs mobile LED billboard trucks in Melbourne. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you ask for a quote on our website, we collect:

  • your name and business name
  • your phone number and email address
  • your answers to the quote questions — such as your type of business, what you want to promote, where and when you want to advertise, your preferred time slot and whether our pricing suits you

If you become a customer, we also keep the details needed to run your campaigns: your account details, the artwork you upload or approve, bookings, contracts, quotes, invoices and payment records.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We use a cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

  • To prepare your quote and contact you about it.
  • To run your campaign — scheduling, artwork approval, live tracking, reports, invoices and payments.
  • To answer your questions and look after your account.
  • To keep our website and systems secure, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We only use your details for these purposes. We won’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Your information is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase and Cloud Firestore), and our website is hosted by Vercel. We send email through Resend, and if you pay an invoice online the payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. These providers handle data for us under their own security and privacy commitments, and some of their servers are located outside Australia.

Inside Brevo Media, only the people who need your details to do their job can see them.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We only disclose it to anyone else if you agree, or if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they’re useful for following up your quote. Customer records are kept for as long as you’re a customer and afterwards for as long as Australian tax and business record-keeping laws require. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect it

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access to customer and staff areas requires sign-in, and staff accounts only see what their role needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Email info@brevomedia.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If we can’t give you access to something, we’ll explain why.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a concern about how we’ve handled your information, email info@brevomedia.com.au. We’ll look into it and reply in writing. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and change the “last updated” date above. Our Terms of Service cover bookings and use of this website.
